Our RatesAd-Hoc On-site Support RatesOur time is billed in increments of half an hour, with a minimum charge of one hour. Our standard rate for non-Service Agreement clients is R275 (V.A.T. exclusive) /hour. There is no additional call-out or travel charge, assuming the client is in the Greater Cape Town Metropolitan area. Ad-Hoc Remote Support RatesOur time is billed in increments of half an hour, with a minimum charge of one hour. Our standard rate for non-Service Agreement clients is R275 (V.A.T. exclusive) /hour. There is no additional call-out or travel charge. Ad-Hoc Telephonic Support RatesOur time is billed in increments of half an hour, with a minimum charge of one hour. Our standard rate for non-Service Agreement clients is R275 (V.A.T. exclusive) /hour. There is no additional call-out or travel charge. Service Agreement Support RatesOur standard Service Agreement rate is R250 (V.A.T. exclusive) /hour. The monthly fee covers any combination of Remote or On-site support that is required. There is no additional call-out or travel charge. Additional hours are billed at our standard rates.
Hardware Swap-out FeeHardware covered by a Carry-in warranty will be replaced or repaired under the manufacturers’ warranty. Our standard rate of R160 (V.A.T. exclusive) /swap-out applies.
