PHONE SUPPORT

Benchmark is a phone/skype call away. Phone support can be escalated to remote or onsite service when necessary, but in the vast majority of cases your IT problems can be resolved over the phone or through a combination of phone support and remote access. This facility is available to our Service Agreement clients only.

Benchmark offers monthly computer maintenance agreements customized to your requirements. We offer flexibility in the number and combination of telephonic, remote and on-site support hours, as well as response times.

Service Agreements mean that you get computer support at a fixed cost. Our service agreements provide you with the ability to budget and forecast your computer maintenance costs. NETWORKING SERVICES
